Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

    • Phone, Email, and SMS text consent are captured at the time of an intake form being completed and located on our home page. Interested parties are required to select the checkboxes related to informed consent, acknowledgment of our privacy policy, and consent to receive text messages.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Site, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Site. Limits on the Use of Your Google Calendar Data

If you grant Chief Psycho by JB Consulting, LLC access to read, write, modify, and control your Google user data, these restrictions may apply:

  • Chief Psycho by JB Consulting, LLC will only use access to read, write, modify, or control one specific Calendar designated by the user.
  • The platform will not use this Calendar data for serving advertisements.
  • Chief Psycho by JB Consulting, LLC will not allow users out of the organization to use the integrated Calendar.
