I’m an industrial/organizational psychologist and consultant working in the dental world to shake things up and drive real change in the areas I’m most passionate about: talent, leadership, and culture. 

Over the past 7 years, I’ve been a fractional executive, coach, and strategist for startups, DSOs, and dental entrepreneurs—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

What’s Coming in 2025?
This year is all about growth, peace, and some BIG milestones:

🎤 NMTC Conference: I’ll be taking the stage to speak on the role of change agents as stewards of psychological safety.

🏆 Denobi Awards: Co-hosting this incredible night with my husband, @michaelwbonanno —an event you won’t want to miss!

🌵 The Psycho x Incito Xperience Retreat: @sarah_cottingham and I are heading back to Arizona for our second annual coaching retreat. 

🎙️ The Chief Psycho Podcast: With Season 2 wrapping up, I’m already gearing up for Seasons 3 and 4. Expect incredible guests, bold conversations, and some of the best content yet.

🎓 Graduating with my doctorate: This is the year I wrap up my doctoral degree! Balancing my dissertation with everything else has been intense, but I’m ready to cross the finish line and celebrate this huge accomplishment.

2025 is shaping up to be my most exciting year yet, and I can’t wait to take you along for the ride!
